European Sports Club The Club has expressed remorse after seeming to ridicule a woman from Wales who has a speech impediment in a video posted on the organization’s TikTok account.

The Content showed influencer Jessie Yendle finding it difficult to say a word as she paused, before the repetition cut to the beginning of a well-known social media song playing over video of athlete a Dortmund player.

“It was absolutely not our intention to offend or hurt anyone,” an official for the sports team said in a statement.

The Club stated it was “deeply sorry” and wanted to say sorry to Ms Yendle in person, welcoming her to a high-profile game of her choice “to show her on-site that we at the club are good people”.

The Brand commented in a statement on the original content that it was in the wrong.

The brand mentioned it had also contacted to Jessie, referred to online as her username to her vast number of supporters on TikTok, to say sorry to her.

“As a company, we are committed to diversity and have worked closely with athletes of varying skills,” The Company commented.

It also said it would be far more thorough in how it approved material in the coming days.
