Overwhelmed HK Inhabitants Stunned as Large-Scale Fire Engulfs Residential Buildings

University student Thomas Liu was among the countless residents attracted to the location of a tragic blaze that swept through much of the eight-building Wang Fuk Court in the region's northern district.
